finger prick

so i forgot to mention that yesterday, after my allergy shots, mac had to go to the lab to get a blood test done called an H & H. the lab tech said he was lucky in that we came on a day when she was tired and rather than poking mac's arm with a needle, she did a finger prick instead. anyway, mac was an angel. he didn't cry at all when she pricked his little finger. not only that, but he remained still for her nearly the entire time she collected drops of blood from his finger! the only time he fought us off was when she was trying to put a bandaid, then a bandage on his finger to stop the bleeding.

nothing else to report except that i finished my paper tonight at about 11pm. it took longer than i thought only because mac is off his sleep schedule and was up until a few minutes ago. but during the time i was writing my paper i kept having to go from chair to bed to nurse him and try and get him to sleep.

this weekend will be spent painting the remainder of the hallway and bedroom and attending Olivia's (mac's pal) 1st birthday party. hopefully i will get some more photo's and even another video of mac posted tomorrow!
