Pinched Bottom

mac got his first skinned knee today. not too bad, but when he was moving from back room to front room he fell on the mat that is in front of the washing machine and must have fallen directly on a rock or something but anyway, he's got a very small cut on his right knee. when i was cleaning it with a wet paper towel, all he wanted to do was suck the water out of the paper towel.

my toilet decided to give me a birthday gift today. well, actually it was the seat that did it. and i have to say this...if this is the only attention im going to get, i'll take it! hahaha!! anyway, my toilet seat pinched my behind today when i made a routine trip to the bathroom. in other words, the toilet seat broke, and i plan on getting a new one tomorrow. but did it really have to pinch me while in use?

hopefully, things will begin to pick up tomorrow. even school is going slow. yeah, i know, it's the beginning of the fall semester and a lot of people aren't yet ready for the semester like i am but still!! Nino took mac and I to lunch today for my birthday. it was good food and good times! mac impressed Nino with his bottomless pit of a stomach!

there is a severe thunderstorm nearby to which you can really hear the thunder, but over my house, it's totally sunny! i want the rain though most people do not around here. I just love the weather here in that it could be pouring right across the street and sunny where you are.

mac has a new game he likes to play which i've entitled, Save the Kitchen Floor Rug. Basically, i'll be standing at the sink, doing dishes or whatever, and along comes a whiney mac, who then proceeds to try and pick up my foot with both hands, and when i let him, he then moves it onto the linolium and off the rug. That's it. Fun ain't it!?!
